Images are not guaranteed to be retained more than one week after the event!


Retrieving your photo with the event name and photo name:

  1. Go to the "Retrieve Photo" page of this website
  2. Enter the event name and the photo name to access your photo.
  3. Make sure the event and photo names are entered EXACTLY as provided to you! Upper and lower case matter!
  4. Click the "Find Photo" button.

Retrieving your photo using a QR code:

You may have taken a photo of a QR code similar to the one below at the event.


The QR code is usually shown alongside your photo so you can take a picture of it
and it can be used to directly access the photo on this website.

To use the QR code from the photo you captured at the event:


  • iOS
    1. Open the photo that contains your QR code.
    2. Click the "live text detection" app on the bottom right corner.
    3. A popup link will appear once the app detects the QR Code.
  • Android
    1. Open the "Google Lens" app on the device.
    2. Choose the image from the gallery.
    3. Click the QR Code and follow the prompt.
    4. Click the link to be redirected to the website.

            OR

    1. Open the image using your phone gallery.
    2. Select the photo of the QR code.
    3. Tap the share icon.
    4. Select Google Search Image to read the QR code using Google Lens.

    Retrieving the entire gallery with an access token:

    1. If you are authorized, you may retrieve all the photos from an event.
    2. Use the instructions provided to you by the operator. They will usually be provided via email.
    3. The instructions will contain a link and an access token.
    4. The link will expire shortly after it is provided to you, so download the gallery promptly!
    5. It the link expires, you will need to request a new link via the Contact Form.
